Company Galleria Oivalluksia Y-1983895-4 sells art and products to Finland and the EU area. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include value-added tax.

ORDERING
Products can be selected on the website and added to the shopping cart. Orders are placed by paying for the contents of the shopping cart using the online store checkout. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices, and shipping costs. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent via email. The order confirmation will specify the ordered products and their prices.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Service Provider:
The payment intermediary and service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient of the payment on bank statements or credit card bills and will transfer the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier in the first instance.

DELIVERY METHOD
We deliver orders using available and mentioned delivery methods on our website. Posti is usually the courier, but other companies might be used on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs are determined by the chosen delivery method, possible additional services, order weight, and size. You can see the shipping costs in the online store checkout before finalizing the order. If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, please report it immediately but within 14 days to the online store. Damaged packages upon delivery should be promptly reported to the responsible delivery company.

DELIVERY TIME
Our typical delivery times within the EU range from 2 to 14 days depending on the product, order, and delivery method. For products in stock, the delivery time is usually 3-5 business days. If the products to be delivered are custom-made, the delivery time is typically 1-3 weeks.

RETURN POLICY
Products purchased from our online store have a 14-day return policy. Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect saleable condition. Returned products must be well-packaged for return shipment to avoid damage. If a product is damaged during return, the responsibility shifts to the customer.

Please note that merely returning the goods or not picking up the product without prior notice does not fall under the return policy. The obligation to notify is fulfilled by agreeing on the return with us via email. If the transaction is canceled, the product must be returned promptly (or within 14 days) in writing to our return address below after agreeing upon the return. The returner may need to provide evidence, such as a return receipt, that the goods were returned within the specified time. The returner is responsible for the costs associated with the return, and these costs will not be reimbursed.

Before returning the product, please contact us at mirva@mirvasoinio.com for verification of the return policy and instructions. When returning the delivered order, include your name and contact information.

REFUND FOR RETURNED PRODUCT
We will refund the purchase price of the returned product once it has been checked and meets the aforementioned return conditions. The refund will be made to the payment method used for the order.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Mirva Soinio Art – Galleria Oivalluksia is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage related to the order, delivery, or product unless a mandatory provision in consumer protection law or other mandatory legislation has specified otherwise concerning that damage.

DISPUTES
We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily by mutual agreement, so please contact us first to resolve any issues.

If a disagreement related to the purchase agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can bring the matter to be resolved by the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before referring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the consumer advisory services of magistrates (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
